Contact form widget, built into your website
Add a clean contact us form inside Flidu Website Widgets. Collect structured enquiries, choose where submissions go, show a polished success state, enable an optional phone field, and place Contact Form beside Ask AI and other visitor actions. Included from Website Widgets Starter.
What is Flidu’s contact form widget?
Contact Form is a Website Widgets channel. It appears inside the visitor-facing widget as one of the Contact actions, and opens a focused form view without leaving the widget. It is built for structured enquiries — Name, Email, Message, and an optional Phone field — and it is configured entirely from the dashboard. It can sit beside channels like WhatsApp, FAQ, Business Hours, Resources, Book Appointment, Feedback, Guided Form, Offers, and Ask AI, giving visitors a more guided contact option than a plain email link or a raw website form block.
How the contact us form appears on your website
Visitors start from the channel list, open the Contact Form without leaving the widget, fill in a few fields, and see a clean success state. It stays lightweight on desktop and mobile — a focused enquiry flow instead of a long page or a cluttered form.
Configure Contact Form from the Channel Builder
Contact Form is set up as part of Website Widgets, beside your other channels. Reorder it, turn it on or off per widget, and publish it when the draft is ready. From Website Widgets Business you can also duplicate it into separate instances.
Contact Form settings owners can configure
A handful of clear controls shape the whole experience — what the form asks, where it goes, and what the visitor sees afterwards.
Send form submissions to the right place
You choose the notification email, and Contact Form submissions are sent there. That makes Contact Form a good fit for enquiries that should arrive by email rather than a messaging app. On Starter and Pro that email is the only copy; from Website Widgets Business each submission is also stored as a record in the Data Hub, and each form instance in a widget can use its own notification email — useful when different enquiries should reach different places.
Use more than one contact form in the same widget
Flidu is not limited to one generic Contact Form. From Website Widgets Business, you can create several Contact Form instances inside one widget — each with its own title, purpose, notification email, and success message. On Starter and Pro, each widget has one Contact Form.
Use different Contact Form experiences on different pages
A homepage, pricing page, service page, campaign page, admissions page, or product page may not need the same form prompt. Different widgets can use different Contact Form titles, surrounding channels, and page context — so the contact experience feels relevant instead of sending everyone through one generic sitewide form.

Contact Form beside WhatsApp, FAQ, Resources, Offers, and Ask AI
Some visitors want quick direct messaging, some want a structured written enquiry, and some want quick answers from FAQ or Ask AI first. Contact Form is part of a broader contact and conversion system — not a disconnected website form — so visitors choose the path that fits, in the channel order you set.
Ask AI can answer first, with Contact Form in the Contact tab
Ask AI can answer visitor questions from your configured sources. When Ask AI shares a widget with your Contact channels, the Contact tab sits beside the Ask AI tab, so a visitor who still needs direct help can switch to Contact Form at any point. Ask AI does not open or fill in the form; the visitor writes the enquiry there.
Ask AI answers from your configured sources. When a written request is the better path, the visitor opens Contact Form from the Contact tab, and the submission is sent to your notification email.
Track form clicks, submissions, and stored records
From Website Widgets Starter, Analytics counts Contact Form clicks beside your other channels. Pro adds a Top Pages list and a table of clicks and completed actions for each channel type. From Business, the Data Hub stores each submission as a record with its source page, with filters for website, widget, and channel. Analytics and Data Hub stay product-line specific.
Clicks and completed actions are separate event counts. They do not measure unique visitors or completed sales.
More than a basic contact form for your website
A plain page form sits in one place and does one job. The Contact Form channel lives inside a fuller website contact experience.
Practical contact form widget setups
Each setup pairs a form configuration with neighboring channels, what the form captures, and what owners learn. Setups with more than one form in a widget need Website Widgets Business.
