Branding control is available when either Website Widgets or AI Chatbot is Business or higher in this workspace. It does not merge limits or unlock unrelated features.
Country Targeting
Country Targeting is Website Widgets Business+ only. AI Chatbot Business does not unlock it.
AI Model Quality
Essential, Standard, Advanced, Premium and Agency labels describe your plan’s answer experience, source context and allowances.
Plan Allowances
All paid public plans share one underlying model. Higher tiers provide more messages, source context, assistants and features.
Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save reduces price only. Website Widgets and AI Chatbot limits stay separate.

Yes. Website Widgets and AI Chatbot are separate product lines — use Website Widgets on its own with no AI Chatbot plan.
Can I use only AI Chatbot?
Yes. Run Ask AI on its own, and add Website Widgets later whenever you are ready.
Do I need two widgets if I buy both?
No. Contact and Ask AI run inside one Flidu widget shell, installed with a single lightweight script.
What does Bundle & Save do?
Bundle & Save takes 15% off the combined monthly price when both product lines are paid and billed monthly. Yearly billing already takes 20% off each plan, and the two discounts are not combined. It is a pricing relationship only.
Does Bundle & Save merge my limits?
No. Website Widgets and AI Chatbot limits, analytics, Data Hub, records, targeting, and AI answer allowances stay separate.
Which AI model does my plan use?
Free uses an entry-level model, while paid public plans share one paid model. Enterprise uses an explicit assignment. The documentation lists current model names and IDs.
What do the model-quality labels mean?
The tier labels describe the included experience and allowances. Exact provider models are documented separately so the plan comparison remains clear.
Do higher plans use a different model?
Paid public plans share the same underlying model. They differ from Free, and higher paid tiers have larger allowances, broader context and additional features. There is no automatic stronger-model escalation.
How are AI limits controlled?
Monthly message limits, configured spend caps, output and source context bound each answer. Agency messages are pooled by preset. Unresolved Enterprise limits or model assignments do not allow generation.
Can AI Chatbot Business unlock Country Targeting?
No. Country Targeting is a Website Widgets Business+ feature. AI Chatbot Business can unlock workspace branding, but it does not unlock Website Widgets targeting.
When can I remove Powered by Flidu branding?
Branding control starts when either Website Widgets or AI Chatbot is Business or higher in the active workspace. Starter and Pro do not unlock it by themselves.
Is Free really free?
Yes. Free plans are real starting points, not trials. Start free, explore advanced features in the dashboard, and upgrade only when you are ready.
What happens if I need more than Agency limits?
Enterprise covers custom volume, retention, routing, support, and terms by agreement. Contact Sales and we will tailor a plan.
What type of communication tool is Flidu?
Flidu is a website communication widget and AI chatbot for contact actions, website-trained answers, forms, feedback, and visitor insights. It is not built around real-time staff conversations.
Are Website Widgets visitors and AI messages counted separately?
Yes. Website Widgets visitor allowance and AI Chatbot messages are separate counters and never merge — even when both run in one widget.
Where do I see usage counters?
Usage counters are shown in your dashboard for each product line, on every plan including Free. Visitors never see them.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade either product line whenever you need more usage or advanced controls. Each line is billed and limited separately.
Can I start free without a credit card?
Yes. Start free with no credit card required, on either product line.
