Create
Set up the home for your widget — workspace, website, and the widget or AI Chatbot itself.
Everything in Flidu is organized by workspace — your websites, widgets, and settings. Your first workspace is created when you sign up and can stay on Free. If you manage several client websites, you can create a workspace per client; each additional workspace needs its own paid plan.
One workspace per business or client keeps records cleanly separate.
Workspaces include a workspace switcher, separate plans and billing per workspace, and teammate invitations as Admin or Viewer on plans with more than one team seat.

Configure
Shape what visitors see — channels, sources, appearance, and a preview.
