Agreement To These Terms
Flidu is a product of Zealsync Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 11/131, Elanthoor, Pathanamthitta – 689643, Kerala, India. In these Terms, "Flidu", "we" and "us" mean Zealsync Private Limited as the provider of Flidu. By accessing or using Flidu — including creating an account, using the dashboard, installing a widget, using Ask AI, or purchasing a plan — you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to everyone who uses Flidu.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Flidu.

Who Can Use Flidu
Flidu is intended for business, website-owner, freelancer, agency, and professional use. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
You must have the authority to create an account, manage a website, install a widget, configure sources, submit billing details, or otherwise act on behalf of a company or client website you represent.

Accounts And Workspaces
You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace access, team access, invited users, and the actions taken through your account. Here, "workspace" refers only to how an account is organized for the people managing it.
You agree to:
Keep your login details secure
Provide accurate account information
Manage invited team members carefully
Only grant access to people authorized to manage the website or workspace
Notify Flidu if you believe account access has been compromised

Flidu Services
Flidu provides tools for website widgets, direct contact actions, Ask AI, source-aware answers, visitor submissions, analytics, usage counters, Data Hub records where available, workspace organization, and related dashboard features.
A website may present one visitor-facing widget experience that combines these capabilities, depending on configuration and plan.

Product Lines And Plans
Flidu has separate product lines, including Website Widgets and AI Chatbot. Contact actions follow Website Widgets. Ask AI follows AI Chatbot. A website may show one visitor-facing widget experience, but product settings, limits, usage, records, analytics, billing, and access remain organized by product line where applicable.
Plan limits, usage allowances, paid features, bundles, and Enterprise or custom terms may vary by plan and may be shown on the Pricing page, at checkout, or in an applicable written agreement.

AI Chatbot And Ask AI
AI Chatbot and Ask AI may answer visitor questions using configured website sources, approved URLs, uploaded or approved source content, manual questions and answers, corrections, preferred answers, and related settings.
Ask AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users are responsible for configuring sources, reviewing important answers, and deciding whether Ask AI is appropriate for their website.
Ask AI is not professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a guaranteed decision tool.

User Content, Sources, And Settings
You retain ownership of your website content, sources, submitted configuration, form setup, widget copy, uploaded materials, manual questions and answers, corrections, preferred answers, and similar materials.
By adding content or sources to Flidu, you grant Flidu the permission needed to host, process, display, index, analyze, and use that content to operate the configured product features.
You must have the rights to the content you add, and you must not upload or configure content you are not allowed to use. You should not add private, confidential, regulated, or sensitive material unless you intend it to be used in the configured Flidu experience and have the right to do so.

Visitor Submissions And Public Widgets
When you configure public widgets, visitors may submit questions, contact details, form responses, Guided Form responses, feedback, and other information.
You are responsible for:
Choosing what fields to collect
Not requesting unnecessary sensitive information
Reviewing applicable notice, consent, and privacy requirements for your own website
Responding to visitor submissions where applicable
Using collected information lawfully
Visitor submissions may be stored, delivered, displayed, exported, or organized depending on configuration and plan.

Acceptable Use
You may not use Flidu to:
Break applicable laws
Mislead visitors
Impersonate others
Collect information you are not allowed to collect
Send spam or abusive content
Distribute malware or harmful code
Interfere with Flidu systems
Attempt unauthorized access
Overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or abuse Flidu services
Use Ask AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content
Use public widgets to collect sensitive information without proper rights, notices, and permissions

Plans, Billing, And Taxes
Paid plans, bundles, custom agreements, or Enterprise agreements may require payment.
Fees are charged according to the selected plan, billing cycle, checkout, invoice, or written agreement.
Taxes may apply.
You are responsible for accurate billing details.
Unpaid fees may result in downgrade, suspension, loss of paid features, or account limitations.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment provider.
Flidu does not need to store full payment card details.

Free Plan
Flidu offers a free plan so users can explore the dashboard, create configurations, test the product experience, and decide whether a paid plan is appropriate before purchasing.
The free plan may have limits, reduced capacity, or fewer features than paid plans.

Refund Policy
Paid purchases are non-refundable. Flidu offers a Free plan so you can evaluate the product before you upgrade, and we do not ordinarily refund payments for a change of mind, unused subscription time, unused allowances, or cancellation after payment.
In particular, no refunds or credits are provided for:
Unused time
Unused limits
Partial billing periods
Plan downgrades
Cancellations after payment
Failure to use the product
Mistaken purchases
Changing business needs
Unused widgets, assistants, visitors, messages, records, analytics, or source limits
Bundle & Save purchases
Agency presets
Enterprise or custom agreements unless the written agreement says otherwise
A plan change made in the dashboard is not a refund. If you choose to change plans immediately, the payment provider prorates the change and shows the amount due and any credit it applies for you to review before you confirm. Any credit applied during a plan change is handled separately from this refund policy.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges or the current billing period.
Billing errors and duplicate charges are reviewed separately. If you think you were charged in error or more than once, contact us through the Contact page so we can review it.
This policy remains subject to applicable law and to any refund agreement made expressly in writing by Flidu.

Cancellation, Downgrades, And Account Changes
You may cancel, downgrade, or change plans where dashboard or billing controls allow.
Cancellation affects future renewals, not past charges.
Features, limits, records, exports, analytics, AI usage, widget limits, or access may change after cancellation or downgrade.
Flidu may retain certain data for legal, billing, security, backup, or operational reasons.
You should export needed data before downgrading or closing an account where exports are available.

Enterprise And Custom Agreements
Enterprise plans, custom agreements, private offers, internal grants, or written agreements may have different pricing, limits, billing, renewal, refund, cancellation, data, security, or service terms.
If a written agreement signed or accepted by Flidu conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for the affected services.

Third-Party Services
Flidu may connect to or rely on third-party services such as hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, external links, messaging or contact destinations, maps, calendar or booking links, or other services configured by users.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Flidu is not responsible for third-party service availability, actions, outages, content, or changes.

Intellectual Property
Flidu owns its website, dashboard, design, software, product names, trademarks, brand assets, code, templates, documentation, and related intellectual property.
You may use Flidu only according to these Terms and your plan. You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse Flidu intellectual property except as allowed by law or written agreement.

Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or feedback, Flidu may use them without obligation or compensation.

Service Availability And Changes
Flidu may update, improve, modify, pause, discontinue, or limit parts of the service.
Features may change over time.
Beta, planned, or experimental features may change or be removed.
Flidu may make changes to protect reliability, security, product quality, or business operations.
There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaimers
Flidu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Flidu does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Perfect AI answers
Specific business results
Increased conversions
Revenue
Leads
Sales
Search ranking
Campaign performance
Legal compliance for your website

Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flidu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or similar losses.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Flidu harmless from claims arising from your website, your content, your sources, your widget configuration, your visitor data collection, your use of Flidu, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

Suspension And Termination
Flidu may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk, fails to pay, misuses the service, creates security concerns, or uses Flidu in a harmful or unlawful way.
After termination, access to paid features, records, exports, sources, analytics, or configuration may be limited or unavailable.

Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the laws of the State of Kerala where they apply. Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Flidu are resolved by the courts in Kerala, India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us through the Contact page so we can try to resolve the concern.

Changes To These Terms
Flidu may update these Terms as the product, business, legal requirements, or operations change. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
