Offers widget, built into your website
Add deals, announcements, promo codes, and offer details inside the Flidu visitor-facing widget. Show an Offers list, open clean detail views, add a link button or copyable promo code, and place Offers beside Contact Form, WhatsApp, Services & Pricing, Resources, booking links, and Ask AI.
What is Flidu’s Offers website widget?
Offers is a Website Widgets channel. Visitors open it to see active deals, announcements, discounts, or promo codes inside the visitor-facing widget. Each offer can be display-only, link to a relevant page, or show a promo code visitors can copy. Owners configure everything from the dashboard, and it can sit on its own or beside other Contact actions — so you can update visible promotions without redesigning the website page.
Flidu displays offers and counts how often visitors open them. It does not process payments, validate coupon redemption, or manage ecommerce checkout.
How the Offers button appears on your website
Visitors open Offers from the channel list, browse a clean list, and open any offer for the full details — all without leaving the page. Each offer can end in one of three ways: details only, a link button, or a copyable promo code.
Configure Offers from the dashboard
Set the channel label, then add, edit, reorder, and enable offers. Each row shows the offer’s title and summary, and Show on Widget controls whether visitors can see it.
Add offer details with a lightweight editor
Offer Title is the headline, Summary sits beneath it in lists and details, and Details explain inclusions, terms, timing, or eligibility. The editor keeps things simple and safe.
Choose no action, a link button, or a promo code
Every offer ends one of three ways. Pick the one that matches what the visitor should do next — read, click through, or copy a code.
Visitors read the details only. Best for announcements, terms, seasonal notices, and availability updates.
A CTA opens a configured URL. Best for campaign pages, service pages, resources, or an external booking link.
Shows a code visitors copy exactly as configured. Best for discount, campaign, seasonal, and launch codes.
Flidu can show and copy the promo code. Any redemption or payment flow happens outside this channel — promo-code copy is not coupon validation, redemption, or checkout.
Place Offers beside your other widget channels
Offers is part of Website Widgets. Reorder it, enable or disable it, and preview the result — set it near Services & Pricing for package promotions, near Resources for guides, or near Guided Form for “claim offer” flows.
Show several offers inside one Offers widget
One Offers channel can hold several offer items. Visitors open Offers and see a list, then tap any offer for its details, link button, or promo code. Each item has its own title, summary, details, action, and order.
Use more than one Offers channel in the same widget
Beyond a single offer list, Website Widgets Business and above can run more than one Offers channel in the same widget — so you can group offers by intent: Seasonal Offers, Service Discounts, Trial Offers, or Local Promotions, each with its own title, list, and order.
This is separate channel setup — not ecommerce promotion management, coupon automation, or campaign automation.
Use different Offers experiences on different pages
One website doesn’t need one generic offer everywhere. With more than one published widget, each page can show its own Offers group and surrounding actions.
Each row is a separate published widget. Example URLs: example.com/pricing · example.com/services · example.com/courses · example.com/locations
Offers beside Contact Form, WhatsApp, Services & Pricing, and Ask AI
Offers is part of the visitor journey, not a disconnected coupon block. Visitors can read FAQ, check Services & Pricing, use Guided Form to claim, message on WhatsApp, or open Offers when they’re ready to see current deals — all inside one visitor-facing widget, in the channel order you set.
Ask AI can answer first, while Offers stays close by
Ask AI answers from configured sources; Offers stays available when visitors ask about pricing, promotions, packages, or current deals. They appear together inside one visitor-facing widget experience.
Offers settings owners can configure
See which offers visitors open, click, or copy
Website Widgets analytics count how often visitors open Offers and how often they press an offer link or copy a promo code. Pro adds top pages and a device breakdown, and Business adds a per-channel filter. Analytics and Data Hub stay product-line specific.
Offers analytics count channel opens and completed offer actions. They do not track coupon redemption, payment completion, checkout behavior, or revenue attribution inside Flidu.
REDEMPTION HAPPENS OUTSIDE FLIDU
More than a basic promo code block for your website
A static banner sits on one page and is hard to change. The Offers channel lives in the widget, updates from the dashboard, and connects to the visitor’s next action.
Practical Offers widget setups
Each setup pairs an Offers configuration with example offers, neighboring channels, and what the owner learns.
