Services & Pricing And Offers

Show what you sell and what you are promoting inside the widget. Set up the Services & Pricing list and the Offers channel, both included from Website Widgets Pro.

Services & Pricing and Offers are two display channels for selling. Services & Pricing lists what you do, with optional prices. Offers shows your current promotions, each with an optional link button or promo code. Both are included from Website Widgets Pro. On Free and Starter you can build them as drafts, but the row is marked Preview only and visitors do not see it.

Where To Find Them

Open Website Widgets in the dashboard sidebar, open your website, and go to the Channels tab. In the Channel Builder card, click Add Channel. Services & Pricing is listed under Content and Offers under Conversion: click Add next to the one you want. When the channel is filled in, click Save as Draft, then Publish changes. Nothing reaches your site until you publish.

Set Up Services & Pricing

  1. In the editor, click Add Service.
  2. Enter the Service Name. It is required.
  3. Choose a Pricing Type of From, Fixed or Custom, then type the Price. A price is required while Show Price on Widget is on.
  4. To list a service without a price, switch Show Price on Widget off.
  5. Optional: add a Short Description.
  6. Click Back to list, add the rest, and drag the rows into order. The switch on a row hides a service without deleting it.
Pricing TypeWhat To Type In PriceWhat Visitors Read
FromThe amount only, such as $199From $199
FixedThe price as it should appear, such as $199$199
CustomShort wording of your own, such as Quote on requestYour wording, as typed

In the widget, the row reads "Services & Pricing" with "What we offer" under it, unless you set your own Channel Title or Description. Tapping it opens the list, with each service name on the left and its price on the right. A service with a description can be tapped to expand it. A service without one is a plain line.

Prices Are Display TextThe list is for reading. Flidu does not calculate totals, convert currencies or take payment, and there is no cart or checkout in the widget.

Set Up Offers

  1. In the editor, click Add Offer.
  2. Enter the Offer Title and the Summary. Both are required, and the summary is shown under the title in the list.
  3. Optional: write Details for the offer’s own screen. Wrap words as **bold** or _italic_ to format them. Details are saved as one paragraph, so use a few sentences instead of a long list.
  4. Choose an Action: No action, Link button or Promo code.
  5. For a link button, enter the Link URL, which has to be a public web address, and a Button Label. For a promo code, type the Promo Code with the exact capitalisation customers should enter: visitors see and copy it as you typed it.
  6. Check the How It Looks preview, click Back to list, and drag the offers into order. The switch on a row hides an offer without deleting it.

In the widget, the row reads "Offers" with "Current offers" under it. Tapping it lists your offers by title and summary. Tapping an offer opens its own screen with the title, summary and details, followed by the action:

  • Link button: opens your address in a new tab. A small line under the button says "Opens in a new tab."
  • Promo code: shows the code in a box with a Copy button, which changes to "Copied" when pressed.
  • No action: the offer is information only.

Offers have no start or end date, so switch an offer off or remove it when the promotion ends, then publish. Flidu only displays a promo code. Whether the code works is decided by your own checkout.

Plan Limits

  • Services & Pricing and Offers publish from Website Widgets Pro. On Free and Starter they are preview only. See Premium Channel Previews.
  • A second channel of the same type in one widget, for example two service lists, can be published from Business.
  • These are Website Widgets plans. An AI Chatbot plan does not unlock them. Compare plans on Pricing.

If Something Does Not Show

  • The row is missing from the widget. Check the channel’s row in the Channel Builder. Draft means it was never published, Off means it was published and then turned off, and Preview only means the current plan does not include it. If the row is in the widget but shows old content, Live · edited means newer changes are waiting for Publish changes.
  • The draft will not save. Every service needs a name, and a price unless Show Price on Widget is off. Every offer needs a title and a summary. A link button needs both a Link URL and a Button Label, and a promo code action needs the code.
  • Publishing is refused. At least one service or offer has to be switched on.
  • An offer shows no button. Open the offer and check that Action is not set to No action, then save and publish again.
  • The row says "This feature is temporarily unavailable." The workspace has gone far past its monthly visitor allowance. The channel returns after an upgrade or when the period resets. See Widget Limits And Visitor Counting.
