Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save lowers the price when Website Widgets and AI Chatbot are both on paid plans in one workspace. It changes price only: limits, usage and features stay separate.
Bundle & Save is a price relationship between your two Flidu subscriptions. When a workspace pays for both Website Widgets and AI Chatbot, it can activate the bundle and pay less for the pair. Nothing else changes. Each product line keeps its own plan, its own limits and its own usage counters.
Who Qualifies
- Both product lines are on an active paid plan in the same workspace: Starter, Pro, Business or an Agency preset, in any combination.
- Both subscriptions use the same billing cycle: monthly for both, or yearly for both.
- Neither subscription is already scheduled to cancel.
There is no bundle while either line is on Free. Eligibility is worked out per workspace, so a paid plan in one workspace does not pair with a paid plan in another. Enterprise pricing is set in your agreement with Flidu and is not part of the self-serve bundle.
What You Save
| Billing Cycle | What The Bundle Does |
|---|---|
| Monthly | Takes 15% off both subscriptions. The lower price starts at each subscription’s next billing date. Nothing is charged when you activate. |
| Yearly | Yearly prices already include the yearly saving, so the bundle adds no further discount. Monthly bundle savings and yearly pricing do not stack. |
To compare totals before you decide, use the Bundle Builder on the Pricing page. Inside the dashboard, the Estimated Bundle panel on the Bundle & Save tab works from your current plans.
What Stays Separate
The bundle never merges anything between the two product lines:
- Website Widgets visitors and widget limits.
- AI messages and indexed pages.
- Data Hub access. Each line unlocks its own Data Hub from Business.
- Analytics access.
- Country Targeting, which needs Website Widgets Business or higher.
- Team seats, which follow the higher of your two plans.
- AI message and answer allowances, which follow your AI Chatbot plan only.
Plans Per Product Line explains what each plan controls on its own.
Activate The Bundle
You need to be the workspace Owner or an Admin with billing access.
- Open Billing and select the Bundle & Save tab. You can also click See Bundle on the Overview tab.
- When both lines are paid, the page shows Bundle & Save Available with an Eligible chip. Otherwise it shows Not Eligible Yet, names the line that still needs a paid plan, and offers an upgrade button for it.
- Click Activate Bundle.
- Read the Activate Bundle & Save review. It lists both subscriptions, the new recurring total before tax, and the date the price changes for each one.
- Tick I understand that this is a price-only bundle and each product keeps its own limits. Then click Activate Bundle. Maybe later closes the review without changing anything.
- On monthly billing, the status card reads Bundle pending while both subscription prices are checked, then Bundle active. On yearly billing it reads Bundle active straight away. Click Check status to refresh it.
Once a bundle exists, Manage Bundle opens shortcuts to change either plan and to your invoices. Plan and billing-cycle changes are still made per product line, as described in Upgrades, Downgrades, And Proration.
When The Bundle Ends
- One line stops being paid. The bundle ends as soon as a cancellation is scheduled for either line, or a line returns to Free. On a monthly bundle the status card reads Bundle ending, and only the bundle discount is removed from future bills. The other paid plan stays active on its own terms, and any other offers you hold are left alone.
- You move a bundled monthly plan to yearly. The plan-change review shows the monthly bundle discount being removed, because yearly pricing already includes its own saving.
If You Cannot Activate It
- “Both products need active paid subscriptions before bundling.” One line is on Free, is scheduled to cancel, has a payment that is not confirmed yet, or has a plan that is managed by Flidu instead of a subscription you bought in Billing.
- “Choose monthly for both products or yearly for both products before bundling.” Change one line’s billing cycle so the two match. Each product still keeps its own billing date.
- “Your existing offer remains in place.” One subscription already carries another discount, and the bundle cannot be stacked on top of it. Review the bundle again when that offer ends.
- “This workspace already has an active or pending bundle.” Check the status card instead of activating again.
- The card says Bundle result awaiting verification. The request was sent and its result is not confirmed yet. It is not sent a second time. Use Check status later.
- “A verified bundle price is unavailable right now.” Your subscriptions are unchanged. Try again later, and contact us if it continues.
- There is no Activate Bundle button. The button appears only while the workspace is eligible and has no bundle yet. Once a bundle exists, the card offers Manage Bundle instead.
