Leave a Review widget, built into your website
Give visitors one clean place to choose Google Reviews, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, or your own review site — then send them to the right review page.
What is Flidu’s Leave a Review widget?
Flidu’s Leave a Review channel adds a review destination inside your website widget. Instead of hiding separate review links in a footer or email, visitors open your widget, choose where they want to leave a review, and continue to the correct review page.
How the Leave a Review widget appears on your website
Visitors tap Leave a Review, choose a platform, and that platform’s review page opens in a new tab. With one platform live, the tap opens your review link straight away.
Turn one review request into the right review destination
Different visitors trust different platforms. Let visitors choose the review site that matches how they discovered you.
Configure review platforms from the dashboard
Enable the platforms you want, add your review links, set their order, then save and publish. Custom channel titles publish on Starter and above.
Built-in platforms plus custom review sites
Start with Google Reviews, Trustpilot, G2, and Capterra. Add custom review destinations for industry directories, marketplace listings, client portals, partner pages, or your own review landing page. Free can show one built-in platform; more than one, and custom platforms, publish on Website Widgets Starter and above.
Review request copy you can adjust
Match the prompt to each platform — every platform in the picker carries its own Title and Short Description.
Use Leave a Review beside your other widget channels
Reviews work best inside the same action hub as contact, support, location, offers, and resources. A visitor shouldn’t have to hunt through your footer, menu, email, and social links.
Use different review widgets on different pages
Same website, different review moments — the homepage can show general options, while product, support, location, and post-purchase pages show more relevant destinations. Running more than one published widget needs Website Widgets Starter or above.
See how often visitors use your review channel
From Website Widgets Starter, Analytics counts clicks on your Leave a Review channel alongside your other channels — without pretending to know what happens after visitors leave your site. Analytics and Data Hub stay product-line specific.
Flidu counts widget engagement only — it does not record which platform a visitor chose, detect submitted reviews, capture star ratings on external sites, import review text, or monitor published reviews.
Leave a Review vs Feedback
Both ask what a customer thinks, but they do different jobs. Leave a Review sends visitors to public platforms; Feedback collects private ratings and comments for you.
